Since I was very young I could not go anywhere without people sharing very openly with me and telling me their problems and dreams, in airplanes, taxis, weddings, you name it they would share.
Starting out studying A level Psychology sparked my interest enough to take it through to
a Masters degree in occupational psychology and becoming an chartered business psychologist. Working for the Government, Selfridges and Psychology consultancies, becoming a transformational coach, training in many techniques all led me to setting up Adisa Coaching in 2004. Adisa means the clear one and that's what I point people to, their own clarity and wisdom which gets innocently covered up by stories, conditioning and a lot of thinking! That's the work bit!

I love being a mum of two teenagers ( well most of the time!) who make me look at myself every day and evaluate how I show up in the world, I love my golden retriever (despite the moulting and slobber), candles, and hanging out with anyone who brings the best version of me! This involves good banter, deep conversation and laughter that hurts my cheeks!
My favourite quote " “If the only thing that people learned was not to be afraid of their experience, that alone would change the world." by Sydney Banks.
