I thoroughly enjoy working with Natasha. Since working with her, I have set a range of personal and professional goals that I wouldn’t have always thought possible to achieve. Natasha has encouraged and enabled me to grow in self-confidence and my career has moved upwards since our sessions started. She is a gentle, kind person who is easy to talk to and I always leave with a real outcome to work towards or reflect on achieving. Natasha is personable and there is never any judgement. It is not just talking or answering questions - it is problem solving and sometimes just accepting a situation. Just having a session with her often makes it easier to consider a positive solution or accept that I’m stuck on something and that it will pass! It’s hard to put into words the positive impact Natasha has had on me - I’m so grateful for everything she’s done and allowed me to do for myself. I’m a different version of myself since working with Natasha - but she has taught me that all versions are important and I will always continue to grow and change; and not aways at the rate or direction I would initially expect or like to! Our well being drop in sessions are bespoke to you, providing a non judgemental space to be heard and looking at how to move forward. It gives individuals the space to be supported and challenged in a confidential environment when they feel they need a session. This drop in approach gives coaching wider access to all employees enhancing the well being culture of schools.
